Terms of use
Plain-language terms for using Spread (https://spreadtcg.com), operated by Spread. By using the site you agree to them.
What Spread is
Spread publishes trading card market data and analysis: prices, price history, implied pull rates, spreads and forecasts. It is information only, not financial, investment or purchasing advice. Prices come from third parties (TCGplayer data via TCGCSV, JustTCG, Limitless TCG for tournament decklists) and from Spread's own calculations. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and past price paths don't predict future ones. Check a price yourself before you buy or sell.
Subscriptions
- Plans: Pro ($9/month or $90/year) and Store ($39/month or $390/year), billed in US dollars through Stripe. Taxes may be added where required.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires. If something went wrong (a double charge, or you couldn't get in), email the contact page within 14 days and it will be put right.
- Your access is personal: don't share your sign-in with others. A Store plan covers one store.
- Changes: if a plan's price changes, you'll be told by email before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Fair use
- Don't copy Spread's data in bulk, resell it, or use automated tools to download pages or files beyond normal browsing. Linking to and quoting Spread's findings with credit is welcome.
- Pull Log entries must be real boxes you opened. Fake or duplicate logs may be removed.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's limits or the members' sign-in.
Card names, images and trademarks
Card names, images and game names belong to their owners, including The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Riot Games, Disney, Ravensburger, Wizards of the Coast, Konami and Bushiroad. Card images are shown from TCGplayer. Spread is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
No warranty and limits of liability
Spread is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Spread isn't liable for losses from using the site or relying on its data, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Spread in the 12 months before it.
